Gomme Syrup

This is a simple sugar syrup used for mixing drinks.

Ingredients: 

1 cup table sugar
1 cup water

Preparation: 
  1. Mix table sugar and water.
  2. Heat until sugar disolves thouroughly.
  3. Allow to cool, then funnel into a bottle for storage.
  4. Stick in the cabinet with the bourbon.
